Important Information

Flights take place in the Margham Desert near Al Ain Road and Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.
Flight times are scheduled around sunrise because hot air balloon flights cannot operate during daytime conditions.
Children must be at least 7 years old to participate.
Children under 16 years must fly with their parents.
Passengers weighing 120 kg or more must inform the operating department in advance.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Passengers must be physically able to stand unassisted for approximately one hour and adopt the required seated landing position.
Passengers with certain medical conditions, recent major surgery, significant knee or back problems, or mobility limitations may not be permitted to fly.
Please wear comfortable, sporty clothing and warm layers during cooler months.
Flight duration and landing location depend on weather, wind conditions, and suitable landing sites.
Flights may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
