Starting Point: Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.
Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and on the first floor.
Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, proof of age may be required.
Transfers will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Please wear a decent dress code. shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
