With its newest facility in Dubai, the Madame Tussauds Museum has made its debut in the Middle East. The great wax sculptor Marie Tussauds founded a museum in London in the 1830s, which is when the Madame Tussauds Museum first opened. Like in its other locations, you may find here life-size wax reproductions of famous people from a variety of fields, including art, history, entertainment, sports, politics, and science.
The museum is one of more than 25 locations across the world and is situated on Bluewater Island, one of Dubai’s newest tourist destinations. Madame Tussauds Dubai, located next to the tallest building of its kind in Ain Dubai, has seven spectacular zones with wax figures of famous actors, notable athletes, historical figures, and, most significantly, icons from the Middle East.
A brilliant group of 20 sculptors meticulously designed each of the wax figurines on display, giving them an uncanny real-life appearance. The most remarkable aspect is that the museum uses a 200-year-old technique to complete these wax replicas to the highest standard. This shows that Marie Tussauds herself employed the same time-tested but inventive and reliable procedure in the 19th century.
