Overview
The award-winning design of Dubai Frame in Zabeel Park, which is modeled after a sizable picture frame, makes it easily recognizable. It consists of two 150-meter-tall and 93-meter-wide vertical towers that are connected by a 100-square-meter bridge. In keeping with its name, it allows you to take in the breathtaking vistas of the city’s famous new and endearing old landmarks from a single frame.
Start your Dubai Frame experience on the first floor or the horizontal part of the building. Here’s main draw is a museum and gallery. It uses cutting-edge technology to illuminate how Dubai changed from a charming fishing village to an amazing global city, along with a variety of exhibits like holographic images and multimedia displays.
After visiting the Dubai Past Gallery, you’ll get on a glass elevator that will take you in just 75 seconds to the top floor or the upper horizontal rib of Dubai Frame. It is referred to as the Sky Deck and encourages you to take in the spectacular contrasts of the city. The simple yet endearing buildings that dot the Karama, Bur Dubai, Deira, and Umm Hurair neighborhoods will transport you back in time while the other side offers you stunning vistas of contemporary Dubai.
Are you feeling daring? Take a trip along its translucent glass walkway for a nerve-wracking experience that also rewards you with the best possible views of the area. Check out the enormous, pyramid-shaped projectors that are positioned across this area for a fun experience. Just draw or write on the screen that is directly below, and the image will appear on the projector. In order to enhance your experience, there is also a café here.
